1 Hour Session

Each 1 hour session targets all major muscle groups, designed to increase aerobic fitness, provide a full body stretch, and is an all-around body training session. One hour is the preferred session length as it maximizes the time under tension for core strength and aerobic fitness.

Group Personal Training 

Small group training is available for those wishing to reduce costs of 1 on 1 training. Group classes are limited to 3 people maximum due to safety and ability to effectively train each member of the group. The cost is a flat fee of $60 for an hour long session.
