Who should attend?
Life-Habit Fitness personal training sessions are for everyone, though generally aimed at beginners and intermediate fitness levels. Specifically those who are: wishing to lose excess body fat, physically out of shape, regaining fitness post injury or illness, seniors wishing to maintain their strength and muscular foundation, and mothers wanting to get back into shape after the stresses of having a child.
Individual one on one classes are strongly suggested for those with acute health problems and/or have been prescribed by their doctor or bariatrician to exercise. In these circumstances it is neccessary for the personal trainer to coordinate with your doctor to make sure the exercise program does not aggrevate/reinstate a condition.
