How it Works
Life-Habit Fitness uses simple yet varied exercises which train the body's muscles. Sessions are designed to target:
- Core muscle groups (chest, stomach, back and legs)
- Increased aerobic fitness (promoting optimal lung and a healthy heart)
- Increased muscular strength (important to the structure and posture of the body)
- Increased flexibility (helping prevent injuries)
- Increased energy and metabolism

Gradually over some weeks the body will adapt to these changes and the trainee will increase their strength and aerobic fitness thus they will be able to work harder and faster and progress to a new level of fitness.
