Who should attend Life-Habit Fitness classes?

 

Everyone...

The classes are designed to improve one’s fitness no matter what level they are; from beginners to advanced. That said… the objective of Life-Habit Fitness is to help those who have not succeeded or require help in attaining optimum fitness and the mindset behind it. Specifically, those who would like to lose weight, physically out of shape, or those who are regaining strength and aerobic fitness post injury/illness.

Individual classes are available for anyone and are suggested for clients with acute health problems and/or have been prescribed by their doctor or bariatrician to exercise.
