How is Life-Habit Fitness different from other exercise programs?
There are a multitude of fitness options available, so how do you know which program to choose? Most likely, all of the popular programs, including gyms, DVD’s, as well as other fitness facilities, are aimed at helping individuals to reach their optimum fitness. Its not that they don't work because the majority do, rather the problem is they are expensive, difficult to perform and simply undesirable to commit to over an extended period of time.
It’s true that our Life-Habit Fitness program applies much of the same knowledge of body work for fitness. However, in order to make exercise a habit, we purposely go beyond the typical pain & gain approach to allow our participants to integrate new positive associations with their efforts in fitness. We do this in several ways. By utilizing the beach’s natural spacious environment, we are motivated to experience the uplifting scenery. By nurturing a friendly atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual encouragement, Life-Habit Fitness becomes an enjoyable involvement right away. Most importantly, we assess your fitness level and body composition and create a routine which progressively increases strength, toning and aerobic fitness in a way which is manageable and habit forming, and ultimately desirable!! Not only does it get easier to perform exercises as you move toward your goals, but you will genuinely dislike missing your workout. Constructive improvements make this activity easy to embrace.
This is NOT a boot-camp training session. There are no whistles, no screaming or shouting and no negative reinforcement.
